The house consists of 3 private double rooms and a studio room with kitchenette, all traditionally decorated with great love and care. Each room is rent separately and every single room is named after a famous and beloved to us beach of Lefkada. During your stay, Melina will guide you to the best spots of the island, where you will discover beautiful beaches and the most authentic & traditional food choices!
The rooms are ideal and adequate for couples, not families. They are named after a beloved beach of the island, beach sides that we have been exploring adventurously since we were kids, like Gialos beach, Egremni beach, Avali beach & Agiofili beach, without that meaning that the house is located close to any of those places!
Every Double Room has its private bathroom, balcony and all adequate facilities, such as AC, water boiler, coffee maker, cutlery and refrigerator. All rooms have beautiful view to the sea.The decoration is unique, all crafted in hand by my husband Spyros. The house combines a great location with a most clean, fresh and cozy atmosphere!
We consider our guests as part of our family, and always provide them with the best tips around the island and the most unique recommendations for swimming, eating and chilling-out!
The guests of each room have access to their private balcony as well as the patio garden of the ground floor under the freshness of the vine tree. To reach the house, one has to walk around 70 meters up the hill from the villages most central point, whereas the parking area is at around 150-200m distance from the house door. When arriving or before departing, our guests can use a small area underneath the house to temporally park their car in order to load/unload their luggage.

After 22:00pm we need to keep quite and avoid laughing and loud talking in the balcony, as the house is located in the heart of the village, surrounded by family houses and other guests who prefer to rest early and wake up fresh early in the morning! If you come back late in the night, it is important to enter the house quitely and respect your neighbours.

1. We have a small dog saying with us on the ground floor of the house!He is a greek ancient breed and his name is Frixos
2. Parking is not available in the premises of the house, but you can park at a distance of 100-200m in the port or the street just in front of the house
3. Once per week there is a party in one of the beach hotels with live music- Nobody has ever complained but it is good to know and maybe visit the party
4. All rooms are located on the first floor of the house and the access is only through the escalator!

Our house is by far in the best neighborhood of the village, full of young local people in the summer time, in walkable distance to everywhere, just above the village bakery, and to all the cafeterias, restaurants, shops and of course a breath distance apart from the sea. This is considered to be the most traditional neighbourhood of the village in between small alleys and pathways to explore!
