Covid-19
Each cruise line has specific health and safety requirements you must meet in order to cruise. This may include a mandatory pre-boarding health screening, requiring all adult guests who are traveling on specific ships and/or destinations be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or proof of negative SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test result (in addition to proof of vaccination). 

Weather conditions
In case of wind over 6 Bf, the captain has the authority to decide if any agreed route will be redesigned in order to provide maximum comfort and safety. Customer will be informed. Any price difference between the new itinerary and the one initially chosen by the customer, will be reimbursed. Τhe client will be provided with an alternative date for the initially chosen tour.

Payment terms
Down-payment 40% to book the tour & remaining amount 60% one day before the schedule cruise. You are kindly requested to send the receipt of payment with your personal details mentioned in our email.

For last minute bookings payoff 100% during check in.

All advertised prices include:

Cancellations
In case of no show on the date of embarkation, Infinity Rib Cruises  are entitled to retain the full amount of the charter.

In the event of cancellation of the charter by the client for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the cancellation date:

• More than 20 days prior to embarkation: Whole prepayment will be refunded.
• 20 – 4 days prior to boat embarkation: Cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount.
• 3 days and less prior to boat embarkation: Cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount

Use of sea toys or other activities
Any passenger who uses the sea toys provided on board, takes full responsibility in case of accident during said use. Infinity Rib Cruises  is not to be held accountable for any accident during use of said equipment, or any other activities added in the future, unless otherly specified. More specifically:

In case of children, their parents or guardians who accompany them during the tour, are to be held accountable for use of sea toys by the children, or during activities, they are responsible for the childrens’ safety.
