Design by its owner (famous interior architect) to embrace fully the astonishing view on the Ionain Islands.
The house is 210sq ms (excluding stairwell and cellar) which spans 2 floors connected by an open plan concrete staircase. 

The house is built on 4200 sq ms of land, full of Olive trees, fruit trees and original stone terraces.
We have 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.  However, we have an office space and studio space which could easily convert into 2 further bedrooms.

General Spec:
The house is a concrete structure facing due South with 2.6m high glass sliding doors throughout.
