Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a king size bed, ensuite shower room and stunning views to the valley, sea and islands through glass doors opening directly onto the ground floor patio. 

Bedroom 2 (ground floor) has a super king size bed which can be split into 2 single beds if required - we'll ask what you require when you book. It has a newly refurbished ensuite shower room and doors onto the patio with a view of the sea.

Bedroom 3 (upper floor) has a super king size bed which can be split into 2 single beds if required - we'll ask what you require when you book. It has a view over the valley through a window. There is a small shower room adjacent to bedroom 3, with it's own entrance from the living area. (The other two bedrooms are both downstairs and each have their own bathrooms.)

All three bedrooms are equipped with high quality Hypnos beds and mattresses and organic cotten bedlinen. Our duvets and pillows are filled with a delightfully soft down made of environmentally friendly recycled plastic bottles, which is hypoallergenic and vegan friendly. 

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning, plenty of storage and a hairdryer.

We provide organic cotton white towels for use inside the villa, a cotton bathrobe for each guest and colourful large towels for use around the pool. 

On the upper floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen and living / dining area. We enjoy cooking and entertaining so have tried to include everything you might need. Equipment includes a full cooker, bean to cup coffee machine, smoothie maker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer. There is a washing machine in the ensuite of bedroom 2, and an outside airer for drying clothes. 

The living area has a smart television - instructions are included in our Welcome Pack.

Customer Service
We are private owners based in the UK and use the property as a holiday home for ourselves and guests. We know it and the surrounding area well and are more than happy to answer any questions. We are trying to learn Greek and can understand a little, we are also happy to communicate in English, French or Spanish. 

We employ a villa manager to meet you on your arrival and answer any questions about the property. He can also be contacted with any questions or difficulties. We are also at the end of a text or phone if there is something the villa manager cannot resolve. 

The villa is cleaned before your arrival and once midweek during each week. The pool is cleaened twice a week. (These costs are included in the price of your stay.)
