On top of Ligia village, built along the slopes, there are 2 spacious apartments, 45 sqm each, with access to 2 swimming pools, dedicated to the residents of the apartments. The unique sea view, high aesthetics, and high-quality materials will not leave guests disappointed. We know how important is a good holiday rest, so we paid special attention to the quality of sleep.

Distribution:
These apartments are situated on the 1st floor of an independent building of Thealos Village. Each of the 2 apartments has a living room with 1 comfortable sofa bed (1,95*84 cm), a double bedroom, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.
Indoor amenities:
The living room is furnished with a sofa, a central coffee table, quality furniture, a dining table sitting 4, TV and DVD player. In the bedroom, there is a large double bed with two nightstands with high quality and stylish linens and bedspreads, matching curtains, wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors, elegant lighting and modern paintings in all areas. There is also a TV, DVD player and a safe box in each apartment.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, modern dinnerware and glasses.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. All apartments have a washing machine, air conditioning, mosquito screens and electric shutters to protect from the sun.
There is free Wi-Fi everywhere in the resort.
Outdoor amenities:
On each balcony, there is an outdoor dining table, shaded by a pergola to enjoy the view. There is also natural shade after 5-6 PM, allowing relaxation in pleasant temperatures during the summer.
Our guest can use the 2 terraced swimming pools dedicated to the residents of the apartments.
The resort has a small shallow swimming pool for children, as well as a playground and a coffee bar, where guests can relax with some drinks and a beautiful view.
There are 2 outdoor barbecues that can be used by the residents of the apartments.
Stone paths, gardens with trees and flowers, tables, chairs, recliners, and large pergolas allow a comfortable stay. In the evening, the special illumination of the space and the tranquillity of the surroundings is just one of the reasons for Thealos Village to be such a highly rated accommodation in Lefkada.
There is private parking, no reservation needed.
Cleaning and changing of bedsheets and towels are made every 3 days.

About the area
There are many advantages to choosing our location. Thealos Village Resort offers 7 villas with private swimming pool and 12 apartments with 2 swimming pools. The villas and apartments are modern, clean and extra equipped for all the comfort.
All the space enjoys the wonderful sea view, due to the amphitheatrical distribution of the resort, situated on a secluded hill in Lygia, a traditional seaside fishing village in Lefkada, with plenty of restaurants and bars. Lygia is located on the East side of the island, between Lefkada Town - the vivid capital, and Nidri - the main touristic area in Lefkada.
Lygia offers many small bays, where travelers can enjoy the tranquil and green surroundings of the resort and experience unique moments of relaxation and fun. Just 150 m down the road from Thealos Village, there is a watersport center with plenty of fun water activities. The large variety of places to eat will cover the needs of all visitors. The closest restaurant is only 150 m away and offers a marine culinary experience.
Lefkada Town, the vivid and colored capital is only 6 km away, with lots of taverns, restaurants, coffee places, and shopping options. Another nice place to visit is the Lefkas Marina, where you can admire the yachts and have a drink, with the lovely view of the moored sailing boats.
If you have a car you can drive to all the beautiful beaches that Lefkada has to offer. We will share with you all our recommendations about things to do, places to eat and beaches to visit in Lefkada.

Lekfada has an impressive number of beaches: 42 beaches in total. They have different features and they will please all traveler types. Some of them have the Caribbean color, some of them are sandy, others are pebbly (smaller or bigger pebbles). Some of them are organized with loungers and beach bars, while others are "sauvage", where you can "enjoy the silence" and have more privacy. Some of them have direct car access, while others are accessible only by boat.
It's easy to get lost in choosing the most suitable ones for your stay, therefore you will receive our recommendations as soon as you arrive, tailored on your preferences and also taking the weather into consideration. For example, in some days the Western sea is very angry and could be dangerous, especially for children. We, as locals, know all secrets and we will share our knowledge with you, to help you in making the most of your stay here, in our beloved island.
Driving directions & check-in
Drive on the East coast of Lefkada, go through Lygia village and immediately after the small fishing port of Lygia, there is a tight curve. After this, keep an eye for the tavern called Ionian Fish Ligia, it's a restaurant on the seaside. Take a right turn before the tavern, exactly where you see the Thealos Village sign. Go up the slope and turn left at the end of the road. Park your car in the parking and come at the Reception, situated close to the entrance of the resort. When you arrive at the reception we will walk you to the apartment and help you settle in. Then we will hand you the map of Lefkada and we will share our tips and tricks, for you to get the most out of this amazing island. We will discuss whether you need us to help you with arranging some activities on the islands.
Our reception is opened 16 hours per day, so if you have a late check-in hour, please inform us before coming and we will happily assist you.
