Hi, I’m Andreas and I was a city boy!
My education is on Tourism Management and I have 20 years+ experience on Tourism and F&B industry. The last years I became more concerned on what I eat and how I live. So, I decided to make a life change in order to work and live in a more natural way. In 2020 I decided to restore, the abandoned for 30 years olive grove of my grandfather, back to productive status. I wanted to make a farm that I would grow my own clean food, welcome my friends, my family and visitors like you, to share the fruit of my labour and my love and respect for nature. After 2 years of hard work and the help of my elder parents, my farm is finally productive and welcoming. The summer of 2022 was the first time that visitors participated in our workshops and gastronomy experiences. 2023 is the second year that my farm is open to visitors and I invite you to share my values for a better way of eating, thinking and living.
