Dear guests
During days of heatwaves you may turn on the air conditioners ,whice they are in each bedroom . In the living room you can use the ceiling fans,the floor fan and you may open the doors and windows.
In case you may need extra towels, blankets or bed sheets you may find them in the corridor closet of the upper level.
Pets are allowed as long as they are friendly.
There must be no damage from pets,unxepected visitors of the property and its contents.
The house must be kept in the way it is firstly visited.
Removing furniture is not allowed.
Linens, kitchen ware should not be lost or damaged..
In the event of damages, and after estimatιon by the owners, those expences have to be paid by the guests.
Smoking in the interior is forbidden .Smoking is allowed only in the exterior . The barbeque should be used with caution. Any indication of flame may cause a big fire due to strong winds and high temperatures.Garbage should not be left outside their waste bins.

It is located in Kalligoni area, 3 minutes away from the LIDL supermarket. It is very close to the marina of Lefkada and the market townland and 10 minutes away from the bridge that connects Lefkada to the mainland.
. It is located 3 minutes away from a bakery and a supermarket (Sclavenitis, Vassilopoulos, Lidl). You need a car to get around the island. To get to the house you can enter from the alley of LIDL, take a right turn and a left turn and you will see a large green gate. You can explore the island by bus, which has a stop at Lefkadas Central Bus Station, which is a 10-minute walk from the house. Once you arrive at the house, you can park your car in the space we have in the garden. We will be there to welcome you and give you keys to the garden and house door.

This cottage villa brought us the best of both worlds. The olive garden surrounding the house makes you feel like you live in the country while you are on the outskirts of the town, within walking distance from supermarkets, the marina and other facilities. The house is ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones, from having a coffee or ouzo under an olive tree and grilling some fresh fish at the barbeque to swinging in the hammock or playing football in the garden. (I’d “kill” for some relaxing moments by the fireplace in the living room, yet it can wait for a winter visit 😀). I stayed with my family for a couple of weeks, and I say it would be my stay of choice in Lefkada. A genuine rare find!
Very good location and the rooms were nice and very clean. Our dog in particular was very happy running around the property among the olive trees. Mr. Spyros and Ms. Angeliki are very helpful for whatever you need. I would highly recommend this house to discover the island of Lefkada.
This holiday house is located in a nice, peaceful neighbourhood with a huge garden. There are plenty of places to sit around and have a chat/snack/coffee. The BBQ facilites are awesome. The house itself is spacious, creatively decorated, comfortable and very well-equipped. It offers a perfect place for a long family vacation or a nice holiday with friends. The host is helpful and gives precious advice on what to see, where to shop, etc.
