In this policy, we use a few terms, which are defined as follows: A “Business”, a” Manager” or a “Property Owner” is anyone who has registered an LSG account to advertise his company, property, goods and services. A “Guest” is someone who just visits LSG or books, or seeks to book, LSG Services. “Listing” is a single property unit, such as a house, an apartment, a boat, a service, a store, etc. that is being advertised on LSG by the Business, Property Owner, Manager.
LSG discloses how your personal information is used, shared and protected and your choices regarding personal data and how you can communicate with us.
LSG is committed to protecting your personal data. It takes all necessary organizational and technical precautions to secure and protect your data from all forms of random or targeted processing. LSG complies with the General Data Protection Regulation and will provide users with any information requested to maintain the highest level of open cooperation.
LSG stores personal data submitted by Guests and Businesses and thus acts as Data Protection Officer according to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

Personal data is all information that refers to and describes a person, such as: identity information (first and last name, age, home address, occupation, etc.), physical characteristics, education, employment (experience, professional behavior, etc.), economic status, interests, activities, habits.
Processing means any operation which is performed upon personal data such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, erasure or destruction. LSG uses and processes all user and non-user personal data and their digital trace in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
1. We collect information you share with us when you use LSG in order to ensure the adequate performance of contracts between a Guest or Manager and LSG, or between Guests and Businesses. Without this information, we will not be able to provide you with services that you request.
2. Guests can communicate directly with Businesses using the “Request to Book” form and submitting their choice and personal data: first and last name, e-mail, phone number. This information will be received by both the Business Manager and LSG.
3. Guests can subscribe to the LSG newsletter using only their e-mail.
5. Businesses who wish to receive more information regarding promoting their business on LSG can contact us using the communication form where they will need to disclose their full name, phone number, e-mail and website.
6. Businesses create their LSG account using their e-mail and personal password. LSG grants access to x amount of listings (x is designated by the number of listings contracted between LSG and Businesses).
7. LSG retains the right to review and access user listings and may process, correct, improve content, when deemed absolutely necessary to maintain site content quality, to rectify content that conflicts with these Terms, with no obligation to prior notice.
8. LSG retains the right to deactivate or delete accounts and listings not in compliance with agreed terms.
We use the personal data we collect from you for specific purposes. We use, store, and process information about you to provide, understand, improve and develop LSG and to create and maintain a trusted and safer environment. Data is used in the following ways:
1. E-mails we receive from your newsletter subscription are stored in the LSG database and used only for LSG newsletter distribution.
2. First and last names, e-mails and phone numbers we receive via the form “Request to book”, submitted by Guests who wish to use LSG services, are used by LSG only for statistical purposes.
3. Data we receive from Businesses interested in advertising on LSG is used for correspondence between Businesses and LSG. Data submitted by Businesses in listing submissions are used for correspondence between businesses and LSG, for external promotion (social media by LSG and other sites) and for statistical purposes.
When you visit our site, we potentially collect certain information automatically from your devices. In certain countries, including some European Union member states, such data comprises personal data according to the applicable data protection legislation.
Specifically, data we collect automatically may include information regarding your IP address, software type, device type, device ID, search engine (such as Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer), ISP, operating system and provider. We may also collect information about your online activity, such as content viewed, pages visited, searches conducted. Portal and exit page information as well as general data regarding location, (country, city) may also be collected from website users.
We potentially may collect other technical data, such as modes of interaction between devices and LSG services, including bypassed pages and link clicks, or projected travel packages and the time and date of their projection.
Data collection offers us a better understanding of the Guests seeking our Services, where they come from and what content interests them most. We utilize this data for in-house statistical analysis and to improve the quality and consistency of services offered, for example, to personalize your experience, to customize your searches and to select advertising that is relevant to you. We also use automatically collected data to prevent and detect fraud.
When you use our website on one device, either via web browsers for mobile devices or via apps, we collect and use relevant data, in general, using similar methods and for similar ends. We may also collect certain data regarding your location if you have activated location sharing on your device’s privacy settings or if you have shared photos with location tags.
You can modify your device’s privacy settings at any time, either by deactivating the application’s location sharing function and/or the geotagging function for photographs. Please note that deactivating location sharing may affect your experience via the app or mobile device. Access to your data is granted only to necessary LSG personnel committed to preserving your confidentially, and to partner businesses or third party service providers, acting on our behalf, that process your data in strict accordance with our mandates.
LSG will never share Guest and Business personal data with third parties, except as follows: a. Certain listing details may be used on LSG social media for external promotion b. We may share Site usage information about users with a third-party tracking LSG for the purpose of reporting statistics. Consequently, some of the pages you visit on the Site use tracking mechanisms such as pixel tags (also called clear gifs). We may also use your information to market our services and to gain feedback on potential new services.

We retain your personal data only for the duration of time needed to achieve the aim for which the data was gathered, among other things, to satisfy any legal, accounting or institutional reporting requirements. Personal data will be kept on file for as long as you maintain an LSG account and erased when you delete your account or, for LSG newsletter subscribers, your e-mail. Business data will be kept for one month following the completion of ad campaigns and then deleted.
You may review, complete and update the information you have provided us by visiting your account “Settings”. You may also deactivate your account on LSG by communicating with us.
Right of Access: the right to access your personal data and information about how it is processed.
Right to Rectification: the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): the right to request the deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances. If you decide to close your account, we will deactivate it and remove your personal data. Keep in mind that after your account closes, you won’t be able to log on and you will not have access to your personal information. You may, nonetheless, open a new account at any time.
Right to Restriction of Processing: the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability: the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have data transmitted, at your request, to another controller.
