Hanging from the slopes of a verdant hill in Tsoukalades village, overlooking the vast Ionian Sea, our villa is a delightful place to spend your holidays in Lefkada. Its ideal position also gives maximum enjoyment of the seductive view and the natural surroundings, as well as the utmost privacy!

Our villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/living area, a conservatory and a beautiful stone-made outdoor area with a pool, while it can accommodate up to 6 people. Built with a real eye for design, Blue Chill Villa combines elegance with traditional elements. What's more, our villa in Lefkada is constructed to offer the utmost privacy and comfort to our guests- it truly feels like home! Our villa is designed based on the comfort of our guests, offering an exclusive feel and utmost privacy. The beautiful rooms, the spacious living/dining area, and the kitchen are designed to meet the needs of every type of traveler, from couples to groups of friends or families.

The outdoor area of Blue Chill Villa is as beautiful as its interior. Our large stone-made patio is built right on the edge of a hillside, offering a breathtaking view of the sea and nature. There, you’ll find a large pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor sitting area, where you’ll relax and enjoy the peaceful setting!

It has an authentic minimal design, characterized by fine lines, light colors and tasteful decor, while it can accommodate up to 6 persons. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail, to ensure that our guests will have an unforgettable stay.

On the ground floor of our villa, there are 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms - 2 of which have double beds while the third bedroom has two single beds. One of the double bedrooms is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Apart from the en-suite, the ground floor also has a full bathroom. The other double bedroom has a 32” flat screen TV. What’s more, the 2 double bedrooms lead straight to the pool area. Apart from the ensuite bathroom, the ground floor also has a full bathroom.

On the upper floor of our villa, there’s a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area with a conservatory and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, dishwasher, an oven and fridge for convenient meal preparations. The living area is spacious and equipped with a 49” Smart TV and a fireplace.
