Lefkas Villa Maura is a cottage approximately 120 m2 built in traditional but minimal style with local stone and offers cozy and relaxing accommodation in Lefkada.

At a distance of 4 km from the center of the town and just 10 km from Nidri, the visitor can enjoy their holidays in a fine place which consists of 4 detached furnished tourist residences of high aesthetics, unembellished luxury, and emphasis on details creating a familiar and hospitable environment.

The following services are offered when the villa is booked:

Cleaning service and changing of the sheets. From the moment of arrival, the villa is cleaned twice a week. The frequency can be changed if it is asked.
Breakfast. On the day of the arrival the villa is equipped with all the necessary for the preparation of breakfast for 1-2 days.
Cleaning of the swimming pool. The water has always the right PH level and it is clean and ready for use.

If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation, during his stay in Lefkas Villas, we can not guarantee that he will remain in the same apartment or villa.
If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation he has to communicate in time with the people in charge of the Lefkas Villas

Changes

For changing the dates of accommodation, the purchaser will be supposed to communicate in time with the people in charge of Lefkas Villas
In the event that the purchaser wishes to decrease the duration of his stay, there will not be any return of money from Lefkas Villas afterward his arrival. In any other case, the purchaser will be supposed to communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Lefkas Villas.

Cancellation

If the purchaser wishes to cancel his reservation, he will be supposed to communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Lefkas Villas
The purchaser maintains the right to cancel his reservation any moment in time, with the following sanctions:

Cost of cancellation

Absence of the purchaser at the hotel: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
Cancellation 0 – 15 days before the date of arrival in the hotel: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
Cancellation 16 – 30 days before the date of arrival in the hotel: 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
Cancellation more than 31 days before the arrival: Return of all sum of the total cost of the reservation.

Location

Ligia is 4 km. from Lefkada Town on the east coast of Lefkada.

A green-clad seaside village whose location is considered ideal for easy and fast access to the town and a chance to relax in a beautiful landscape.

It is a small fishing village with views of the fortress dedicated to St. George across the straits on the mainland. Ligia is basically a one-street village with a few restaurants and shops. It has a small shingle beach

The area is ideal for those who enjoy hill walking as Ligia is framed by pine-covered hills and olive groves. Ligia is essentially a family resort that is also popular with older couples. Early and late season attracts walkers when the weather is cooler.

The tiny fishing harbor bobs with boats when the small fleet returns with their daily catch.
A small number of restaurants, bars, and shops are located along the main street and along the beach. Those looking for more variety can take the bus to Lefkas Town where they will find a large pedestrian area.
