· Ground floor: the ground floor is an open space with a totally equipped modern kitchen, which opens up to a dining & living area; 2 people can sleep on the 2 comfortable convertible sofas (84*195 cm); there is also 1 bathroom with a shower cabin on the ground floor; from the living area, there is direct access to the private patio and swimming pool.
· 1st floor: there are 2 independent bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Both of them open up to a shared balcony with a dining table and sea view. 4 people can be accommodated in the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

About the area
There are many advantages to choosing our location. Thealos Village Resort offers 7 villas with a private swimming pool and 12 apartments with 2 swimming pools. The villas and apartments are modern, clean, and extra equipped for all the comfort.
All the space enjoys the wonderful sea view, due to the amphitheatrical distribution of the resort, situated on a secluded hill in Lygia, a traditional seaside fishing village in Lefkada, with plenty of restaurants and bars. Lygia is located on the East side of the island, between Lefkada Town - the vivid capital, and Nidri - the main touristic area in Lefkada.
Lygia offers many small bays, where travelers can enjoy the tranquil and green surroundings of the resort and experience unique moments of relaxation and fun. Just 150 m down the road from Thealos Village, there is a watersport center with plenty of fun water activities. The large variety of places to eat will cover the needs of all visitors. The closest restaurant is only 150 m away and offers a marine culinary experience.
Lefkada Town, the vivid and colored capital is only 5,5 km away, with lots of taverns, restaurants, coffee places, and shopping options. Another nice place to visit is the Lefkas Marina, where you can admire the yachts and have a drink, with a lovely view of the moored sailing boats.
If you have a car you can drive to all the beautiful beaches that Lefkada has to offer. We will share with you all our recommendations about things to do, places to eat, and beaches to visit in Lefkada.

Driving directions & check-in
Drive to the east coast of Lefkada. At 5.5 km. from the city you will find the village of Lygia. Immediately after the small port of Lygia, there is a turn. After that, watch the tavern called PARADISE. Turn right onto the alley just before it, you will also see the sign of Thealos Village. Go uphill and park in the car park you will find at the end of the road. To the left of the parking lot is the entrance of the resort and the first building you will see on the right is the reception. When you arrive at the reception we will walk you to the apartment and help you settle in. Then we will hand you the map of Lefkada and we will share our tips and tricks, for you to get the most out of this amazing island.
