Entering the villa, the main entrance has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a fire-place and French windows that open onto a wide conopy balcony to the sea views. The dining area has French windows open onto the large swimming pool terrace. Next to the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the attic and down to the bedrooms. There is also one bathroom with shower in common use for this floor and the attic.
Bedroom level: A staircase eads down to one double bedroom, with en-suite spacious bathroom, leading to big open terrace and one twin bedded room, leading to the same open terrace, next to another bathroom with shower.
Attic level: From the ground floor staircase leading up to the attic, as a third bedroom with two single beds.
Outside: An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas Spiaggia, Isola Bella, Vista Splendida, Mare Magico and Acqua Azzura. Situated on two different levels, natural stone walls, olive and cypress trees, shrubs, thymes, sages and climbers surround each villa to create privacy.
Villa Spiaggia Dorata sits on the first level out of the two. The villa has it's own parking space, private swimming pool with patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Also it has uninterrupted sea & sunset views, a shady umbrella to sit under and relax enjoying fresh coffee with breakfast whilst overlooking this view, and listening to the birds of prey ''mewing'' in the background above the hills. Is perfect! At lunchtime a refreshing cool breeze arrives and dies down just as the sun is about to set.

Agios Nikitas, is the island's loveliest village 13km from Lefkada town and only 31km from the airport. Set on the sea-side among beautiful hills overlooking the rusty colored roof-tops.
