''Kanioria'' the name of our family tavern is owed to the relationship of its owners with blue fishing. We are lucky to be living by the sea. You can swim at the small beach in front of the tavern. If you come by sea, you can tie your boat at the pier. The tavern garden is full of the scent from the vegetables and herbs we use in our cooking.

LocationLygia is a fishing village with a history in fish and the sea. It is situated on the eastern side of the island, 5 kilometers from the town of Lefkas. It is said to have acquired its name from the osier willows which used to grow here. Local people are still fishers. The village port is worth walking around in.
