Dear guests,
1. We respected the nature and the environment, so we kindly ask you to take good care of the homes and to not make rubbish in the gardens. Garbage is despised as you leave the home up the road on Agios Nikita's village on your right you find the big bin (green) of the municipality. The blue big bin is for recycled.
2. Pets are allowed, as long as they are friendly.
3. Smoking is allowed in the exterior spaces of house. Be careful please with candles and cigarettes...!!!!
4.Is ecological house using solar energy from solar panel, so the house can not prοvide wi-fi, tv, aircondition, DON'T USE HAIR DRYER, espresso machine and other machine which need much power and energy. But you can charge your mobile phone or your laptop during the day. (9:00 until 18:00)
5. Hot water is available all the time for solar energy. When the island its full of people in high season (July-August), very often there is problem with the water in all of island. So there is a big tank foul of water anytime and it works automatically with lower pressure.
6. The water is not drinkable, please buy bottles of drinking water.
7. Whenever you feel your sheets or towels need to be changed, please inform us and will be pleased to accommodate you
