My name is Agnieszka Kowalska, and I invite you to my Yoga, Meditation & Kobido’s journey.
My yoga background is Sivananda Yoga – a holistic combination of five essential elements – proper exercises (Asans), proper breathing (Pranayama), proper relaxation (Savasana), proper diet (Vegetarian), and Positive Thinking combined with Meditation.
Regarding Kobido, I would like to introduce my Kobido Master – a 26th Generation Master of Kobido, Dr. Shogo Mochizuki, the successor and head of the ancient Kobido lineage, the oldest and most technically advanced form of facial in Japan. I am a direct student of the Master’s lineage, keeping with all traditional techniques and rules.
I discovered Kobido several years ago, during a stay in Japan. I was totally fascinated by this amazing, luxurious and authentic Japanese facial treatment and I decided to explore it more deeply. That was how I started my Kobido education, which is still continuing, level by level…
Kobido was initially only supposed to be a part of my life, but it soon turned into a way of life – motivation to discover something new and fascinating; inspiration to discover the source of real holistic Beauty, Beautiful People, Inner Balance, and Happiness.
Kobido is also an integral part of my Organic Yoga Lifestyle – a perfect combination for those who want to choose Mother Nature’s Path – an organic lifestyle – that is simple, healthy, and close to nature. People are now choosing to live in simpler ways, surrounding themselves with a healthier style of life and picking products that enable them to prolong their lifespan. For over a decade I have also been studying a number of yoga techniques, such as Hormone Yoga Therapy for Women (according to the Dinah Rodrigues method), Yoga Nidra, Aroma Therapy Yoga, Chakra Balancing, and Sup Yoga. I have also been exploring meditation techniques including Tibetan Buddhist, Zen Meditation and Bali Usada Healing Meditation. I became the first authorized teacher in Poland of Yoga Bou (in Japanese – ‘stick’ or ‘rod’, following the Michiko Minegishi method).
In addition, Yoga, Travel, Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Beauty Care, Women’s Health, Well-Being, and Organic Yoga Lifestyle play a big part in my life. I love traveling and discovering new places, tastes, smells, and sounds, as well as meeting people who share an interest in spreading the same ideas and feelings. I found similarities between yoga and travel, as both are a route to achieving freedom, evolution, transformation, and self-realization.
